Each digital silhouette is custom-made based on the photo you provide. We've embroidered everything from horses to kittens and bunnies. If you have a special request, feel free to reach out to our support team before placing your order, we’re happy to help!
Once an order is placed, we can’t edit or cancel it due to its personalized nature.
If for any reason you wish to cancel midway, we do offer partial refunds, with 25 CHF deducted for the design work already completed. Please note that "First in Line" and digital products are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
