Thank you for shopping with LinePaws. Every product we offer is custom-made using your pet’s artwork. Please review the information below to understand how and when your order will arrive.
Production Time
All orders are produced on demand.
Production typically requires 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
Production times may vary depending on the item ordered and seasonal demand.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.
They depend on the destination, products ordered, and the shipping method selected.
Delivery timelines begin after production is completed.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, or external factors outside our control.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- Switzerland
- European Union countries
If your location does not appear at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
In such cases:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Additional fees may apply if re-shipping is requested
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
We will investigate with our fulfillment partners and provide a replacement when appropriate.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped to Switzerland or EU destinations may be subject to:

- Customs clearance fees
- Other applicable local charges
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
