Return & Refund Policy — Custom Products
Because all LinePaws products are made uniquely for you and based on your pet’s artwork, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or customer error during ordering (e.g., wrong photo uploaded).
However, we want you to be fully satisfied — if there is any issue with the product quality, embroidery, or if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.
✅ Eligible Returns (Defects Only)
If you received:
- a defective or damaged item
- the wrong item or incorrect embroidery print
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and, if approved:
- Arrange a reprint/replacement at no cost to you, or
- Offer a refund where replacement is not possible
❌ Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised items without a defect
- Wrong size selection by customer
- Slight differences in colour/position (normal variation in custom embroidery)
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
