Once an order is placed, we can’t edit or cancel it due to its personalized nature.

If for any reason you wish to cancel midway, we do offer partial refunds, with 25 CHF deducted for the design work already completed. Please note that "First in Line" and digital products are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
